What you're buying

An audit of how AI answer engines describe a business you name: whether it is mentioned, where it ranks, who is mentioned instead, and a plan to improve it. The grade is computed by a deterministic engine from real answer-engine responses.

What we can and can't promise

• We measure; we don't control the engines. No one can guarantee an AI will name a given business. We tell you where you stand and what moves it — we cannot promise a ranking, and we will never claim to.
• If we can't measure honestly, we don't charge for a guess. If the answer engines name no business at all on your questions, we refuse to grade and re-run the audit at no cost, or refund it.
• The plan and any recommendations are guidance, not a guarantee of results.

Payment and refunds

Audits are paid up front through Stripe. If a paid report fails to generate, or the engines couldn't produce a gradeable answer, email support@mentiongrade.comand we'll re-run it or refund you.

Monitoring seats & cancellation

An exclusive monitoring seat is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe. It renews automatically each month at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime — email support@mentiongrade.comand cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; cancelling frees your market-and-category seat for another business. A seat is exclusive to one holder per market × category while active. We do not prorate partial months, and we don't bury the cancel — one email ends it.

Acceptable use

Audit businesses you own or are authorized to analyze. Don't use the service to misrepresent a business or to harass a competitor.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for business decisions made from an audit; it is one signal among many. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
