Short answers, each one describing what the product actually does. Want the full tour first? The walkthrough shows a real two-month engagement, computed live.

What exactly do you measure?

We ask answer engines the questions your customers actually ask — eight per audit, across discovery, comparison, local and transactional intent — and detect whether your business is named, where you rank among the businesses that are, your share of the conversation, and the tone. The grade is computed by a deterministic engine: the same answers always produce the same grade. See it end to end on the walkthrough.

Which AI engines do you check?

Engines with live web access first — a model that cannot search declines to name local businesses at all, and grading its refusal text would measure the model, not you. The audit page lists exactly which engines your report will cover.

Why might you refuse to grade my audit?

If no engine names any business — not you, not a single competitor — the instrument wasn't looking, and an F built on that would be a lie told confidently. We refuse to grade instead, nothing is recorded against your business, and the re-run is on us. It is the difference between “you are invisible” and “we couldn't see.”

What are the rivals “we found that you didn't name”?

Businesses the engines brought up on their own, read out of the answer text. They count in your share-of-voice, and they are labelled as found — so you can always tell a measured figure from one that rests on our reading of the answers. Most customers cannot name their AI-visible competitors; that is much of what an audit is for.

What is the sources list on my report?

The pages the engines actually read when they answered — your citation target list. Getting named on those exact pages is what moves an answer, and your action plan names them for each task.

What happens on a re-audit?

Every audit is stored, so the next one for the same business compares against it: grade movement, questions won and lost, competitors who appeared or dropped out. Monitored clients — retainer seats and platform members — are re-audited on a schedule automatically. One-off audits are re-run whenever you buy the next one.

Can you tell me when a competitor makes a move?

Yes — on your monitor, each re-audit is diffed against the last one and surfaces which rival started winning a question you do not show up for, share-of-voice swings, and new or vanished competitors, threat-ranked. A meaningful move is flagged; browsing-intent churn stays quiet.

Do you grade my reviews and Google listing too?

Yes — Reputation grade reads your Google reviews and grades you A+ to F on rating, review volume, and how fresh they are. Google listing check confirms your listing is present, filled out, and that its name/address/phone match what you tell everyone else. Both read Google (Places): Google does not expose owner replies or full history, so those are not scored, and other directories (Apple, Bing, Yelp) are a separate future add.

What is the Top 10 ways to boost list on my monitor?

One ranked action plan, deduped, pulled from every tool that has data on you — the audit fixes plus competitor moves today, and your reputation and listing fixes once connected. Highest-impact first, so you always know the next thing to do.

Why do you ask what a lead is worth?

Three optional numbers — leads a month, close rate, value of a closed client — let a later re-audit put a modelled dollar figure on a visibility improvement. All three or none: we will not guess what your leads are worth, and any figure we do model is labelled an estimate, never revenue.
